At House of Sodesii, every saree, suit, dupatta and handcrafted accessory is thoughtfully curated from skilled artisans across India. Since each product is handcrafted, every piece is unique and carries the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.
Order Processing
· Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
· Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
· During exhibitions, festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Within India
· Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
· Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
· Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
· Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message containing the tracking details.
Cancellation Policy
· Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
· Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
· Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Return & Exchange Policy
As House of Sodesii deals in handcrafted and handwoven products, every item undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
· You received a damaged product.
· You received the wrong product.
· The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, excluding natural handloom variations or weaving irregularities.
Return Request
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:
· Order Number
· Clear photographs of the product.
· A complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
The returned product must:
· Be unused and unwashed.
· Have all original tags intact.
· Be returned in its original packaging.
· Be free from perfume, stains, alterations or damage caused after delivery.
House of Sodesii reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
· Change of mind.
· Colour variations due to screen resolution, lighting or photography.
· Minor irregularities in weave, texture, selvedge, yarn, motifs or handloom finish that are inherent to handcrafted textiles.
· Handloom defects or natural weaving irregularities, which are characteristics of authentic handwoven products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
· Products that have been worn, washed, altered, fall-pico finished or blouse stitched.
· Gift Cards.
· Sale, clearance or discounted merchandise.
Please note that slight variations in colour, texture and weave are hallmarks of authentic handloom craftsmanship, making each piece truly one of a kind.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
· Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
· Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
· Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Where stock is available, we will gladly replace:
· Damaged products.
· Incorrect products.
· Genuine manufacturing defects.
If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or receive a refund.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges incurred by House of Sodesii may be deducted from the refund amount.
Care Instructions
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your handcrafted textiles:
· First-time dry cleaning is recommended for all handloom products.
· We recommend dry cleaning for all silk and premium handloom products.
· Store your garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
· Avoid spraying perfume directly on the fabric.
· Fold and refold silk sarees periodically to maintain the integrity of the weave.
· Use a soft muslin or cotton cloth to store your handloom textiles for long-term preservation.
