1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within *1–2 business days* after successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During exhibitions, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline: Within India, estimated delivery is *3–5 business days* for Metro Cities, *5–7 business days* for Other Cities & Towns, and *7–10 business days* for Remote Locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges: We offer *Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.*

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via *Email and/or WhatsApp*.

1. Eligibility: As all our products are handcrafted and handwoven, returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a *damaged product, wrong product, or a genuine manufacturing defect*. Natural handloom variations and weaving irregularities are not considered defects.

2. Return Request: Please raise your return or exchange request within *48 hours of delivery* by emailing us your *Order Number, clear product photographs, and a complete unboxing video* showing the issue. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

3. Return Conditions: The product must be *unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in its original packaging*. Products with perfume, stains, alterations, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

4. Approval: Every return request is subject to verification. *House of Sodesii reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request* if it does not meet the above conditions.
